Mom used to drive me around on her motor scooter, but guess what:

Dad bought me a bike of my own for Christmas! He says, Atiu is too big for walking. And since I'll be going to pre-school soon, I'll better start practising. 

My big brother Jeremiah already goes to school and has a big bicycle. Just look at him!

When I'm grown up, I'll become a mechanic. Then I can earn lots of money and buy motor scooters and mountain bikes and rent them out to tourists, just like my dad and mom. Then I'll meet all those nice people, says Dad, who also think that Atiu's too big to walk.

You can get a mountain bike for NZ$ 10.00  per day. Dad rents out his motor scooters for NZ$ 25.00 a day, but you must have a Cook Islands drivers license! No problem, the Police Office is right across the road from our house...
